특 징
대량 생산에 적합한 기종으로 1회 작업시 500ℓ이상 1.5 TON 정도가 지상에서(1층) 작업 하기가 적당하다.
용량을 초과하여 생산할 경우 원료의 투입과 작업의 관리가 어려워 애로가 많다. 또한 기계 본체의 기둥이 1개인 경우와 2개인 경우가 있는데 실린더 기둥이 2개가 있는 경우 안정감이 있어 보이고 튼튼해 보이며 중심이 안정적이나 작업 공간 확보에 있어서는 불리하다.
앞과 뒤쪽만 오픈 되어있기 때문이다.

기둥이 1개인 경우 안정감에 있어서는 불리하다.
그러나 작업공간이 3면이 열려 있어서 작업하기에 유리하고 좌우 밸런스나 상.하 작동시 무게중심을 정확히 맞추어 주면 아무런 문제가 없고 안정적으로 작업을 할 수 있다.
작업공간이나 생산할 제품의 특성에 따라 선택할 문제이다.
1500ℓ까지 1축식이 가능하다.

임페라 형태도 직가래형과 스크류형 두 종류를 주로 사용하며 제품의 점도나 특성에 따라 선택하여야 하며 선택의 여하에 따라 제품생산성에 10~20%정도 또는 그 이상이 차이가 있을수도 있고 품질의 완성도에 있어서도 질적 양적으로 차이가 있기 때문에 신중하게 고려 되어야 한다.

Characteristics
  It is appropriate for mass production and can work with quantity over 500ℓ and less than 1.5 TON per one time on the ground floor. 
When it manufactures over capacity, materials input and work management become difficult which result in continuing problems. Sometimes a pillar for machine body is composed of one or two pillars. Two cylinder shaped pillars look more stable and strong. Center of it has stable structure, while acquiring a work space is rather limited.
Front and back sides are open.
One pillar lacks stability in its structure.

However, thanks to the spaces open on three sides, it makes work more convenient. When operating the machine to make a balance of left and right or up and down, hold the centeroid. It causes no problem at all and you can work on a very stable condition.

You can choose the product depending on its work space and special features.
One pillar style is available upto 1500ℓ.

Impeller designs are also made in straight style or screw style.  It differs in its viscosity and features. For each selection made, productivity differs from 10-20% or so. Level of completion is also different by each style in its manufacturing quantity and quality. Serious consideration is required at this point of selection.
